High school guidance counselor Sam Lombardo is accused of rape by wealthy student Kelly Van Ryan, then by outcast Suzie Toller, but the charges are dismissed after Detective Ray Duquette uncovers a recording of Kelly and Suzie admitting they fabricated the accusations for a settlement.
