Miserable office worker Wesley Gibson learns his deceased father was an assassin and is recruited into the Fraternity, a secret society led by Sloan, undergoing intense training to become a skilled killer. Wesley is tasked with hunting down his father's killer, Cross, only to discover Cross is his true father and Sloan is the villain who manipulated the Fraternity's destiny-weaving Loom for personal gain. After Sloan kills Cross and Fox sacrifices herself to save Wesley, Wesley returns to the Fraternity headquarters, confronting and eliminating Sloan and his loyal assassins in a final shootout. Wesley then takes over the Fraternity, embracing his destiny as a master assassin to continue his father's legacy of correcting the world's wrongs according to their ancient code.
