1997
Criminal mastermind Casanova Frankenstein escapes a mental hospital and plans to unleash a powerful weapon on Champion City, having kidnapped the popular hero, Captain Amazing. Three lesser-known superheroes, Mister Furious, The Blue Raja, and The Shoveler, along with new recruits, struggle for recognition and decide to confront Casanova. After acquiring non-lethal weapons, the newly formed Mystery Men infiltrate Casanova's tower in their custom vehicle, battling through his henchmen and defenses. The Mystery Men ultimately defeat Casanova, rescue Captain Amazing, and embrace their new identity as Champion City's unlikely heroes.
