Alex Corvis is wrongfully executed for his girlfriend Lauren's murder but is resurrected by a crow, escaping the morgue to seek revenge. He systematically eliminates the corrupt police officers and a lying witness involved in Lauren's death, carving "Daisy" into their bodies, while Lauren's sister Erin and attorney Peter Walsh help uncover a larger conspiracy involving Lauren's father and a corrupt police Captain. After Nathan and Walsh are killed, Alex confronts the remaining officers in a violent shootout at a club, leading to more deaths. Alex pursues the Captain, who has kidnapped Erin, to Garrison Prison and executes him in the same death chamber where Alex was wrongfully killed, then disappears as Erin finds peace visiting the graves of Alex and Lauren.
