Adam Clay, a retired operative from a secret program known as "Bee Keepers," lives a quiet life as a beekeeper until his elderly landlady, Eloise, loses her life savings to a phishing scam and commits suicide. Driven by a personal code to protect the vulnerable, Clay embarks on a violent quest for vengeance, systematically dismantling the scam organization responsible, the Data Group, and drawing the attention of Eloise's daughter, FBI agent Verona Lincoln. Clay's actions escalate, leading him to confront Derek Evermore, the wealthy and corrupt businessman behind the Data Group, and Westwyld, an associate who activates another Bee Keeper, Anisette Landress, to eliminate Clay. As Clay infiltrates Evermore's heavily guarded compound, where President Dansworth, Evermore's mother, is present, Verona and her partner Wiley race to expose Evermore's criminal enterprise and prevent further bloodshed. Clay ultimately confronts Evermore, who kills Kelly Krane, and then Clay kills Evermore, disappearing before Verona can apprehend him, leaving behind a trail of justice and a shaken political landscape.
