Suspended bowler Theo Skinner returns home to seek help from his estranged father, Buzz Fazeli, only to find Buzz threatened by bowling center owner Miles Kastle. Theo accepts Kastle's sponsorship offer to watch over his daughter, Sheila, but soon uncovers Kastle's criminal activities and the danger Buzz faces. After Buzz fakes his death, Theo confronts Kastle and his henchmen, exposing their crimes and reconciling with Sheila. Theo ultimately finds Buzz alive at a mini-golf course, ready to rebuild their relationship and Theo's bowling career.
