Four young boys, Stan, Kyle, Cartman, and Kenny, sneak into an R-rated Terrance and Phillip movie, leading them to adopt profanity and causing Kenny's accidental death. Outraged by the film's influence and Kenny's death, Kyle's mother, Sheila Broflovski, spearheads Mothers Against Canada, initiating a war against Canada and sentencing Terrance and Phillip to death. In Hell, Kenny learns that if Terrance and Phillip's blood touches American soil, Satan and his abusive lover, Saddam Hussein, will rise to conquer the world. The boys form a resistance group, La Resistance, to save Terrance and Phillip and prevent the apocalypse, while Cartman gains new powers from a V-chip implant.
