Scream 3 script

When an actor is murdered on the set of Stab 3, reporter Gale Weathers and former officer Dewey Riley investigate, drawing a traumatized Sidney Prescott back into the escalating violence. The killer targets the cast, mirroring the film's script, and the investigation uncovers a secret past connecting the murders to Sidney's mother, Maureen Prescott, who was once an actress named Rina Reynolds. The killer is revealed to be Roman Bridger, the director of Stab 3 and Sidney's half-brother, who orchestrated the original Woodsboro murders out of jealousy and revenge against Maureen. Roman, having faked his death, confronts Sidney, revealing his manipulation of the previous killers, but Sidney ultimately defeats him, bringing closure to her traumatic past.
