1990
After escaping a Jerusalem dungeon, Robin of Locksley returns to England to find his father murdered and his home destroyed by the corrupt Sheriff of Nottingham, prompting him to vow vengeance. Robin, joined by Aslan and Duncan, retreats to Sherwood Forest, where they form a band of outlaws, stealing from the rich to give to the poor and forging an alliance with Lady Marian. The Sheriff, aided by Mortianna and Guy of Gisborne, escalates his attacks, capturing many of Robin's men and forcing a desperate Robin to confront his despair. Robin and his allies launch a full-scale assault on Nottingham Castle, where Robin kills the Sheriff, Aslan defeats Mortianna, and with King Richard's return, Robin and Marian are married.
