Brynn, a lonely woman, is forced to kill an alien that invades her isolated home, only to discover a widespread invasion when she attempts to flee. She fortifies her house but is eventually abducted, awakening to find the townspeople replaced by alien duplicates, and herself nearly one of them. Brynn kills her own duplicate and confronts a Grey alien, but instead of fighting, she is accepted into their new society. She now dances among the replaced townspeople, a part of their manicured, alien world.
