Mulan script

When the ruthless Shan-Yu and his Hun army invade China, the Emperor orders a general conscription, prompting Mulan to disguise herself as a man and take her ailing father's place in the Imperial Army after her disastrous attempt to impress the matchmaker. Mulan, aided by the small dragon Mushu, struggles to fit in and prove herself during Captain Li Shang's rigorous training, eventually earning the respect of her fellow soldiers Yao, Ling, and Chien-Po. During a critical battle in the snowy mountains, Mulan ingeniously uses a rocket to trigger an avalanche, burying the Hun army, but her true identity is revealed when she is injured, leading to her expulsion from the army despite saving Shang's life. Mulan discovers that Shan-Yu and a small group of Huns survived the avalanche and are heading to the Imperial City to capture the Emperor, so she races to warn Shang and his men, who initially dismiss her but ultimately help her devise a plan to infiltrate the palace and rescue the Emperor.
