LOOPER script

Joe, a looper, assassinates targets sent from the future by a crime syndicate until his own future self, Old Joe, is sent back to be killed, but Old Joe escapes. Young Joe then hunts Old Joe, who plans to kill the child, Cid, who will grow up to become the Rainmaker, a powerful crime boss who will eventually send Old Joe back in time. Young Joe finds Sara, Cid's mother, and hides out on their farm, protecting them from Abe's men, who are also hunting Old Joe. Old Joe attacks the farm, intending to kill Cid, but Young Joe realizes that Old Joe's actions are what will turn Cid into the Rainmaker. To prevent Cid from becoming the Rainmaker, Young Joe kills himself, erasing Old Joe from existence and saving Cid and Sara.
