Struggling writer Eddie Morgan discovers MDT-48, an experimental nootropic drug that grants him full access to his brain's capabilities, but his ex-brother-in-law and drug dealer, Vernon Gant, is murdered, leaving Eddie with a limited supply of the drug and a target on his back.
