LIGHT SLEEPER script

John LeTour, a drug dealer, reflects on his life and reconnects with his former lover, Marianne Jost, who is also struggling with addiction. After Marianne's mother dies, Marianne falls to her death from a building, leading John to suspect foul play. Believing Marianne was murdered, John acquires a gun and confronts Tis, a drug connection he suspects, ultimately shooting and killing him. LeTour is imprisoned for Tis's murder, and Ann visits him, offering a continued connection despite his incarceration.
