2007
After discovering she is pregnant, sixteen-year-old Juno MacGuff decides to place her baby for adoption with the seemingly perfect couple, Mark and Vanessa Loring. As Juno's pregnancy progresses, she bonds with Mark, causing tension with Vanessa, until Mark reveals he is leaving his wife, exposing the instability of their marriage. Juno breaks off the adoption with Mark but proceeds with Vanessa as a single parent, giving birth to a baby boy whom Vanessa joyfully adopts. Ultimately, Juno and Paulie reconcile and continue their relationship, while Vanessa embraces her new role as a mother.
