In 2455, students and Professor Yllo discover cryogenically frozen serial killer Jason Voorhees and Rizzo on Old Earth, only for Jason to reanimate aboard their transport ship, the Grendel, and resume his killing spree. As Jason systematically murders the crew and students, the survivors attempt to escape but are thwarted by his relentless pursuit and the ship's damage, leading the android Kay-Em 14 to sacrifice herself to incapacitate him. Rizzo devises a virtual reality distraction to lure Jason into the ship's reactor core, planning to trap him as the remaining survivors rig the Grendel to self-destruct. The survivors escape in a shuttle, but Jason, now transformed into "Uber Jason," pursues them into space, continuing his reign of terror.
