Jane Eyre script

Orphaned Jane Eyre, after a difficult childhood and education, becomes a governess at Thornfield Hall, where she falls in love with the enigmatic master, Edward Rochester. Their wedding is halted by the revelation that Rochester is already married to Bertha Mason, an insane woman he keeps hidden, forcing Jane to flee penniless.
