Seymour S. Sassafras introduces the tale of Peter Cottontail and his son, Junior, an inventive young bunny whose negligence causes a fire in the Candy Factory, leading to a confrontation with his traditional father. Meanwhile, the bitter former Easter Bunny Irontail, with his mechanical tail, forms an alliance with the vain, ice-powered sorceress Jackie Frost to stop Spring and freeze the world.
