The Gecko brothers, Seth and Richard, commit a violent robbery at a liquor store, killing a Texas Ranger and a clerk before fleeing with a hostage, Gloria Hill, whom Richard later murders. They then take the Fuller family—ex-preacher Jacob and his children, Kate and Scott—hostage, forcing them to drive their RV across the Mexican border to a remote strip club called the Titty Twister, where Seth is to meet his contact, Carlos. Upon arrival, the bar's staff and performers, including the mesmerizing Santanico Pandemonium, reveal themselves to be vampires, initiating a bloody massacre that turns the Titty Twister into a battleground. The surviving humans, including Seth, Kate, Scott, and Jacob, arm themselves with improvised weapons and fight back against the horde of vampires, suffering losses as Jacob and Scott are turned and subsequently killed by their loved ones.
