1985
Undercover officers Eddie Cusack and Rich Donato are embroiled in a botched drug bust that sparks a gang war and an internal affairs investigation. As Eddie protects Diana Luna from the vengeful Comacho family, his refusal to cover for a fellow officer isolates him from his unit. Following an attack on his building and Diana's kidnapping, Eddie confronts the mob, leading to a violent chase and the death of Tony Luna, but Diana remains captive. With rookie Kosalas's help, Eddie infiltrates the Comacho warehouse, rescues Diana, kills Luis Comacho, and ends the gang war and police corruption.
