Suspended Detective Quentin Conners investigates a series of bank robberies with Detective Shane Dekker, uncovering a conspiracy involving stolen evidence and corrupt police officers. They pursue Chris Lei and Lorenz, one of the robbers, before discovering Conners' deceased partner, Jason York, faked his death and is the mastermind seeking revenge.
