Blind writer Harry Caine, formerly director Mateo Blanco, receives a script from Ray X, the son of the financier who ruined Mateo's life and career, prompting flashbacks to Mateo's affair with Lena, the star of his film "Girls and Suitcases." Ernesto Senior, obsessed with Lena, caused a car accident that killed her and blinded Mateo, while Judit, Mateo's agent, secretly in love with him, helped Ernesto Senior sabotage the film and hide the truth. After Ernesto Senior's death, Ernesto Junior approaches Harry to finish "Girls and Suitcases," leading Judit to confess her complicity and reveal that Diego is Mateo's son.
