1969
Anthony, a young man searching for reality and freedom, burns his belongings and confronts his wealthy, distant father before seeking guidance from the intellectual Alexander. He later joins a group of mercenaries in a temple, where he photographs the soldiers, witnesses their rituals, and observes their violent tendencies, including the sacrifice of a snake. The mercenaries then encounter a dancing tribe in the forest, which escalates into a brutal attack, rape, and murder, leaving Anthony deeply disturbed. After a final battle where Bunny is killed, Anthony wakes in a hospital, where he is visited by his father and Rhah, a mercenary, before being transported on an airplane with Flash, a former cop.
